A Non-Tequila Sunrise
To make a mock-sunrise, I layer four ingredients—orange juice, grenadine, white grapefruit juice, and ginger ale. The first thing you pour in is about 1/8 of a glass of grenadine. Then, place a bar spoon over the top of the glass and slowly pour orange juice over it until the glass is about 1/4 full. The next thing you'll layer is your white grapefruit juice. Fill the glass to about 1/2 to 1/3 full. Then layer your ginger ale, and you’re good to go. Slip a stir stick in the drink and garnish with a slice of grapefruit or orange. Give your drink a quick stir and enjoy!

Shirley Temple
I love drinking Shirley Temples. I use Sprite, grenadine syrup, and maraschino cherries to garnish the drink. It’s good for a spring afternoon. [Standard mix is about 6 ounces of lemon-lime soda with a dash of grenadine syrup and a maraschino cherry.]
